At Penguin Store, we are committed to providing a convenient and transparent shopping experience. Below are our exchange and return policies:

You can request a replacement or return of the product within 7 days from the date of receiving the order.

The product must be:

• In its original condition when purchased.
• Unused and in original packaging with all accessories.

Important Notes:

• Any damage or defect in the product must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.
• The store will bear all return costs only in the event of a manufacturing defect or an error in order preparation.
