Terms and Conditions of Promotions and Loyalty Points Program
We at Tareeq Store are pleased to offer you special offers and a rewards program that will enrich your shopping experience. Please review the following terms and conditions to take full advantage of these benefits, subject to the basic user agreement.
First: Promotional offers
Our offers are limited in time, and the store reserves the right to modify or cancel them at any time without prior notice. These offers are valid only on available products.
- Use: Each offer can only be used once per customer, and offers cannot be combined with each other.
- Returns: When you return a product purchased with a special offer, you will only be refunded the amount you actually paid, with the possibility of deducting additional commissions.
- Manipulation: Any attempt to manipulate or violate the Terms will result in the cancellation of your offers and loyalty points.
Second: Discount codes
- Discount codes do not apply to orders paid using Tabby or Tamara .
- The discount applies to the value of the products only , and does not include VAT or shipping fees.
Third: Loyalty Points Program (Reward Points)
Points will start being calculated on 1-1-2026
Our program is designed to reward your loyalty. Now, every purchase brings you additional rewards.
- How to earn: For every 1 riyal you spend (excluding VAT and shipping costs), you will receive 1 point in your account.
- Redemption: You can convert every 100 points into 1 of additional credit to use in your next purchases.
- Eligibility: To benefit from the program, you must have a registered account with correct information. You must also follow the store on a social media platform and provide a rating for your order after receiving it.
- Exceptions: The program does not include bulk orders, discounted products, live pets, or any product that we clearly specify does not award loyalty points.
